About the Role

Gustos Growth team owns the full customer funnel from a small businesss first visit to through onboarding and into ongoing expansion. As Product Designer in this scope youll own the design system for how promotions tiers and SKUs are presented consistently across the funnel including a unified checkout experience and drive the next wave of iteration following our fall pricing & packaging refresh. Alongside that youll partner closely with our Revenue Systems team to define the target-state UX vision for customer-centric orchestration: establishing how a customer experiences one coordinated set of communications across email sales and in-product/AI surfaces rather than a patchwork of independent touchpoints and drawing the line between what belongs at the platform level versus the channel level. Youll round this out with lighter-touch ongoing design support for Invoicing & Billing as needs arise including near-term work like multi-entity billing.

This is a systems-thinking role with direct impact on revenue generation.
