Job Description: Product Associate

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical abilities a meticulous attention to detail and a deep-seated enthusiasm for the insurance sector. As an Insurance Product Associate you will hold a crucial position in our organization tasked with the evaluation development and enhancement of our insurance products. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to cater to the evolving needs of our clients and fuel the expansion of our business.

In this role youll play a vital part in evaluating developing and enhancing our insurance products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and prioritizing product change requests to ensure consistency in underwriting product effectiveness and compliance.

  • Analyzing requested product changes identifying potential issues and considering their context and impact on other products.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to seek clarification when needed and providing feedback and recommendations on product change implementation.

  • Developing clear and accurate requirements for product change system implementation with guidance and supervision.

  • Conducting testing to verify that product change requirements align with business expectations and compliance standards.

  • Working closely with our technology team to address reported defects and ensure seamless integration of product changes into our systems.

  • Additionally youll collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure accurate representation of products in our systems.


You may also be required to take on additional duties responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

About You:

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.

  • Prior relevant experience in insurance product management or analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel & Power BI

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.


What we prefer you to have:

  • Strong research skills in insurance regulation

  • Knowledge of underwriting claims and/or product development functions.

  • Knowledge of insurance principles products and regulatory requirements preferred.

For this position we expect to offer a base salary in the range of USD $61000 - $80000. The specific salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including the experience of the successful candidate and their work addition all employees are eligible for competitive incentive targets with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
