Product and Implementation Specialist

Responsible for managingBasic Book and Travel productsand coordinatingcommercial area implementations ensuring the proper execution of product launches updates and enhancements as well as alignment between business operations and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio.
• Coordinate the implementation of new sales campaigns products changes and updates requested by commercial teams.
• Track functional and operational requirements related to commercial implementations.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes workflows and product specifications.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial operations technology and other relevant teams.
• Validate that implementations meet defined timelines standards and business objectives.
• Support the resolution of issues or adjustments arising from commercial operations.
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements when needed.
