Including Apple Music and Shazam; Apple TV and the Apple TV app; Health and Apple Fitness; Apple Sports App; Apple Maps; Apple Card Apple Wallet and Apple Pay; App Store and Apple Games; iCloud and iCloud; Creator Studio; and more!

Design has always been at the heart of Apple and the work that we do. Producers play a big part in upholding these values and driving innovation and creativity through our design work. Producers calm the chaos of busy cross-functional teams keeping track of every detail and ensuring work is done to the highest level of quality on time. Were looking for a seasoned producer or project manager to help drive our creative review process with leadership. Youll serve as a liaison between our VP and creative team producers as well as between PDu0026M and other cross-functional teams such as Business and Engineering.

Work closely with Executive Producer to conduct effective Product Design and Marketing reviews with leadershipnMeeting set up agenda confirmation communication and on-the-fly coordination with producer communitynBuild influence and strong cross-functional partnerships and foster collaboration across all levels and disciplinesnBe a liaison between leadership and teams to ensure product and project needs are adequately metnUnderstand and negotiate priorities given limited resources and ambitious schedulesnConstantly strive for improved workflow to solve challenges and avoid repeat issues

7 years as a producer or program manager with recent experience leading software design or similar organizationnAbility to navigate the organization and work cross-functionallynComfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretionnMeticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skillsnEmploy a proactive project management style brings structure to a fast-paced creative environment mitigates risks early and prioritizes key issuesnAbility to complete and reshuffle multiple tasks under pressure in an ambiguous environmentnAdaptable and composed through change; able to re-prioritize fluidlynExperience working directly with and influencing senior leadership in a design or similar organizationnA positive demeanor and building relationships quicklynBachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
