Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a skilledProcurement Specialist IIto support procurement and supply chain operations for power generation renewable energy battery energy storage systems (BESS) data centers substations transmission and industrial infrastructure projects. This mid-level roleis responsible formanaging procurement activities for assigned projects supporting strategic sourcing initiatives administering purchase orders coordinating supplier relationships and ensuring thetimelydelivery of materials and servicesfor successful Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) project execution.

• Procure equipment materials and services for EPC projects in accordance with project schedules budgets and technical requirements.
• Manage RFQs RFPs bid evaluations purchase orders contracts and change orders.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing delivery schedules and commercial terms.
• Administer purchase orders from requisition through final delivery ensuring contractual compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers manufacturers subcontractors and service providers.
• Coordinate with Engineering Project Management Construction and Project Controls teams to support project execution.
• Monitor supplier performance material status and procurement risks while driving on-time delivery of critical equipment and materials.
• Coordinate expediting logistics transportation and material tracking activities.
• Support cost control forecasting spend analysis and procurement reporting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies contractual obligations quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings process improvements and supplier performance enhancement.
