We are currently hiring for a:

Procurement Operations Category Specialist to manage the end-to-end inbound supply chain for packaging materials in the direct sourcing area. Partner with our team of Sourcing Managers to drive the implementation of regional and global sourcing strategies across different Packaging Categories. Be the primary factory liaison lead risk mitigation and issue resolution of packaging materials. This is full time on-site position.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Logistics Materials Management Business Economics Engineering or a related discipline plus internship(s) experience and/or one (1) or more years in Supply Chain Logistics or Procurement; OR an Associates Degree in a relevant field plus two (2) or more years of professional experience in Supply Chain Logistics or Procurement
• Ability to efficiently use ERP systems with competency in SAP being a huge plus
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management Manufacturing and/or Operations is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities

• Purchasing indirect goods and services that are aligned with our strategic sourcing plan
• Identifying and managing supplier collaboration initiatives (forecast management e-invoicing process streamlining)
• Direct oversight of a designated amount of spend as well as maintaining strong relationships with numerous suppliers and multiple internal clients
• Closely collaborating with Procurement (Commercial Operations) R&D and other stakeholders/peers regarding the Packaging category

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position will include variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
