Procurement & Materials Manager

The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and experienced in managing purchasing activities while ensuring materials are available on time and within budget.

• Manage purchasing of roofing materials equipment and supplies.

• Negotiate pricing and maintain supplier relationships.

• Coordinate material deliveries with project teams.

• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing budgets.

• Maintain purchase orders and procurement records.

• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve delivery issues.

• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Construction Management or a related field preferred.

• 35 years of procurement purchasing or supply chain experience.

• Experience in construction or building materials preferred.

• Strong organizational communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
