Pay Rate/Range: $19-22/hr

Description:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join a growing manufacturing company. This position is responsible for purchasing materials supplies and services while ensuring orders are placed accurately vendors stay on schedule and inventory needs are met. If you enjoy working with suppliers tracking orders and keeping things organized this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials supplies parts and outside services

• Create process and track purchase orders

• Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery

• Update pricing delivery dates and other purchase order changes

• Work with vendors to resolve pricing quality and delivery issues

• Maintain inventory levels and assist with reorder planning

• Research and develop relationships with new suppliers

• Work closely with internal departments to support production needs

• Assist with additional purchasing and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of purchasing or procurement experience preferred

• Familiarity with supply chain or manufacturing environments is a plus

• Strong Microsoft Excel and overall computer skills

• Experience with ERP or MRP systems is preferred

• Excellent communication organization and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Valid drivers license required

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a.m - 4:30.m
