Job Summary

We are hiring a Procurement Assistant to support purchasing activities vendor communication and order tracking. Youll help ensure the organization has the materials and supplies it needs maintaining accurate procurement records.

Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders and requisitions
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders and delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Track order status and resolve delivery issues
  • Support vendor evaluation and comparison activities
  • Assist with inventory and supply level monitoring
  • Support procurement reporting as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
  • 0-2 years of experience in procurement purchasing or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; procurement software a plus
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders
  • Basic negotiation skills a plus
