Your Role:

A Process Specialist at Reynolds Consumer Products works to improve the efficiency and productivity of the companys manufacturing processes. They identify and implement process improvements.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Support manufacturing through troubleshooting servicing repairing and modifications to equipment and processes.
• Training coaching and development assistance of production personnel.
• Provide continuous process improvements.
• Assist in improving Quality OEE and reducing manufacturing costs.

We need you to have:

• 5 years of related technical experience.
• Be familiar with programmable controllers and their application.
• Understand hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical power transmission systems and components.
• Must be able to work at heights stairs on roofs lifts and silos.
• Experience with basic shop and hand tools.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Be able to use analytical problem-solving skill in diagnosis of equipment problems.
• Strong people skills communication listening team player and ability to influence.
• Effective written communication.
• Positive attitude driven by internal customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively independently as well as in teams.

Icing on the cake:

• 5 years of experience with the setup and operations of blown film equipment.
• 5 years of experience with the setup and operation of packaging equipment.
• High School diploma College or Technical School.
