Process Engineer

RiteScreen is looking for a hands-on results-driven Process Engineer to join our team in Elizabethville PA Elizabethton TN or Van Alstyne TX. This role is critical to how we operatefocused on improving manufacturing processes driving efficiency and making a real impact on safety quality and productivity.

Process Improvement & Execution

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to drive efficiency reduce waste and improve product quality
• Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction throughput improvement and scrap reduction
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions quickly and effectively
• Conduct time studies capacity analysis and cost evaluations
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as cycle time downtime scrap rate and labor efficiency

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve operational performance
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

Engineering & Design

• Design and implement tooling fixtures and automation solutions
• Support new product introductions and ensure manufacturability
• Assist with equipment trials validations and capability studies

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner cross-functionally with Production Quality Maintenance and Engineering teams
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Train operators and support production teams with process changes

Project Ownership

• Manage projects from concept through implementation
• Support capital equipment projects and process improvements
• Develop and maintain SOPs work instructions and documentation

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Experience with process optimization automation and troubleshooting
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
• Experience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills
• CAD and 3D modeling experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

Nice to Have

• Six Sigma certification
• Experience in the fenestration or building materials industry

• Based in Elizabethville PA Elizabethton TN or Van Alstyne TX
• Mix of office and manufacturing floor environment
• Up to 20% travel as needed
