Procedural Scheduler ENT

Join our team as a Procedural Scheduler at our Saint Lukes Plaza location!

• Monday - Friday 8am -430pm or 730am - 4pm
• No Night No weekends
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred
• Some travel might be required to support Metro ENT clinics as needed
  
  

Opportunity:

• Comprehensively coordinates and manages the scheduling for ENT practices.
• Provide effective communication to patients regarding appointment insurances and co-pay collections.
• Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage
• Efficiently and timely manage all EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.
• collets co-pays
• Helps monitor denials
• Manages fax work ques
• Other front desk duties as assigned
