I work primarily with Am Law 50 100 and 200 firms but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms respected regional firms and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

• Handling will contests trust disputes and contested estate proceedings.

• Representing fiduciaries beneficiaries trustees or personal representatives.

• Experience with breach of fiduciary duty claims estate administration disputes and accounting challenges.

• Managing discovery motion practice hearings and settlement negotiations.

• Advising clients on complex probate and fiduciary litigation strategies.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm Id still love to hear from you! I welcome attorneys from trusts and estates boutiques regional firms and larger practices.
