Location: Dayton OH Job Type: PRN (As Needed) Shift: Variable Days Nights Weekends and Holidays

OnDeck Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities within a nationally recognized pediatric specialty hospital in the Dayton area. This role offers the opportunity to work with children and families in a collaborative patient-centered environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established standards and physician orders
• Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans procedures and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Support a culture of safety compassion and family-centered care

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience
• Strong assessment communication and critical-thinking skills

• Pediatric nursing experience
• PALS certification
• Experience in specialty hospital acute care rehabilitation orthopedic surgical or pediatric settings
