PRN OTOccupational Therapist

Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Saint Cloud FL. This is a PRN opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve their independence and quality of life.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Plan and coordinate patient discharge
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility if graduating soon)
• Current or eligible Missouri OT license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
