Role Summary
The First Impression Specialist (PRN) creates a welcoming environment for patients and families while supporting clinic operations on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone organized dependable and customer-focused who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients; collect insurance and payments
- Answer and route phone calls
- Provide snacks and a positive family-friendly experience
- Maintain front desk and waiting area organization
- Support patients families and clinic staff as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- 1 year experience in front office reception or medical setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with electronic medical records (E Clinical Works a plus)
- Professional reliable and flexible availability
Schedule
- PRN (as needed) position; no guaranteed or fixed schedule
