Part-time/On-call: 5 or 8 hour shifts available daily

Embarks Stabilization and Assessment program is a residential treatment center dedicated tohighly acuteadolescents. The program specializes in the stabilization and assessment ofadolescent boys ages 12 to 17 and their families.

• Prepare meals for the duration of your shift including breakfast lunch or dinner for clients and staff.
• Prepare mid-meal snacks ensuring food is always readily available.
• Assist in food preparation and storage.
• Oversee the overall cleanliness orderliness and safety of the kitchen.
• Prepare food ahead of time for the following days menu.

What we are looking for:

• Independent skilled cooks who enjoy having an autonomous work environment.
• People with a servant heart who enjoy having a purpose behind the food they make.
• Skill in preparation of a variety of foods.
• Ability to adapt to special dietary needs of the clients.

Required:

• Minimum of two years of cooking experience.
• A current Food Handlers Permit and a valid Drivers License.
• Knowledge of health codes and proper sanitation.
