Job Summary
Location: Remote; candidates based in New York or elsewhere in the Northeast are encouraged to apply. Additional priority markets include Florida California Texas and Chicago.
Were seeking a relationship-driven producer to grow a national private client practice focused on high-net-worth individuals and families. The immediate priority is developing business in New York and the Northeast while contributing to expansion in key markets across the country.
- Build and grow a book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients.
- Develop referral relationships with centers of influence including wealth advisors attorneys family offices and other professional partners.
- Assess clients exposures and recommend tailored insurance and risk-management solutions.
- Coordinate with account executives risk managers and carrier partners to deliver a high level of service.
- Generate new business and deepen existing client relationships.
- Contribute to the growth of the firms private client capabilities and market presence.
- Proven success producing high-net-worth personal lines business.
- A track record of generating approximately $60000$70000 or more in annual revenue.
- Strong relationship-building sales and client-advisory skills.
- Knowledge of personal insurance for affluent clients and complex households.
- Ability to work effectively with a remote nationally focused team.
- Relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them.
Experience with family offices or fine art coverage is a plus. Candidates with middle-market or standard personal-lines experience who are ready to build into private client business are also encouraged to apply.
Competitive compensation will reflect experience and production. Producers will receive equity through a Management Incentive Plan (MIP) subject to plan terms.
