A premier international law firm is seeking a Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in defending sophisticated clients in cutting-edge privacy and data-related litigation matters.

46 years of litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience handling complex commercial litigation privacy litigation class action defense or technology-related disputes

Experience managing all stages of pre-trial litigation including motion practice written discovery document production depositions and case strategy

Experience drafting substantive briefs discovery requests and responses and other litigation-related filings

Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

Experience analyzing and interpreting privacy technology or regulatory frameworks is preferred

Experience representing clients in the technology retail media or consumer products sectors is a plus

Strong legal research writing analytical and oral advocacy skills

Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and a collaborative team-oriented practice

Interest in emerging technologies privacy issues and cutting-edge legal developments

Excellent academic credentials with experience gained at a sophisticated law firm preferred

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Chambers-ranked privacy litigation platform

Exposure to cutting-edge privacy and class action defense matters

Representation of premier technology retail and media clients

Significant client interaction and responsibility

Strong mentorship and professional development
