Print Production Specialist Customer Service Rep

• Greet walk-ins and help them with print or shipping needs
• Preflight and fix customer files in Adobe (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat)
• Run and tend digital and wide-format equipment; cut fold laminate and pack jobs
• Keep jobs organized in our file system and hit pickup times
• Build straightforward quotes in Excel and send them cleanly to potential clients

• Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite especially preparing files for print (bleeds fonts color resolution)
• Windows Microsoft Office (Excel matters)
• Print-shop copy-center or sign-shop experience preferred
• Calm in stressful scenarios while managing competing priorities in print and customer service.
• Ability to remain positive professional and courteous under pressure
• Clear written and in-person communication
• Fast talker fast thinker and fast mover
