Print Processing Specialist with LXBX Scanning Expertise – 1st Shift

Join our team as a Print Processing Specialist where your expertise in LXBX scanning and high-speed mail extraction will be highly valued. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals skilled in handling complex scanning equipment.

As a Print Processing Specialist on the 1st shift you will perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions focusing on reject decisioning and processing. Your experience with LXBX scanning and equipment such as I-Tran IMBL and OPEX series will be essential to efficiently extract and scan high-speed mail and moderate to complex client materials.

• SCHEDULE: Sunday 5:30am- 2:00 pm / Mon Wed Thu Fri - 6:00am - 2:30pm / OFF Tues & Sat
• Contract: 10/26/26 01/23/27

Responsibilities

• Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and processing audit trails with general knowledge of operations.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• Perform extraction and scanning on high speed and moderate to complex client handling using I-Tran IMBL OPEX 30 40 50/51 150 Falcon equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning as defined by client processing instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and performance output according to department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in document processing or data entry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to read and make decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes.
• Meet Deluxe established minimums for productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LXBX scanning preferred.
