Principal Technical Program Manager

Serve as a strategic leader responsible for defining and driving high-impact product initiatives across the organization. Youll partner with senior leadership engineering design and business stakeholders to shape product vision influence company strategy and deliver innovative solutions that improve client experiences and business outcomes.

In this role youll operate at both a strategic and executional levelsetting long-term direction while ensuring teams are aligned and delivering measurable value

About you

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years of product management experience including ownership of complex products

• or platforms

• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that drive measurable impact

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams

• Exceptional communication presentation and storytelling skills

• Ability to influence without direct authority

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management engineering

• UI/UX sales client support finance and marketing

• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

• Track record of delivering on time and measuring success

• Familiarity with current and emerging technologies

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $189800.00-$284000.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus incentives and other employment-related benefits including but not limited to medical dental and vision benefits 401K retirement plan and paid-time off.
