Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer with deep technical expertise and proven leadership experience to support complex satellite communication this role you will serve as a key technical advisor and subject matter expert driving integration strategies across multi-domain satellite communication systems segments and subsystems. Working alongside Government and contractor teams you will play a decisive role in ensuring mission readiness technical baseline integrity and program success across the full systems engineering lifecycle.
This is a high-impact on-site position requiring a strong blend of technical depth stakeholder leadership and strategic problem-solving in a secure Government facility.

TheSenior Systems Integration Engineer will:
Integration Strategy & Technical Baseline Management
Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies and processes for satellite communication systems and segments includingGround Space Crypto and Terminals
Manage and maintain technical baselines across diverse stakeholder groups and organizations
Perform in-depth analysis and verification of system requirements that define and govern the technical baseline
Evaluate proposed changes to the technical baseline assessing impacts on enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder integration concerns
Digital Engineering & Innovation
ApplyDigital Engineering methods and modeling strategies includingDigital Twins to support integration and test activities
Champion modern engineering approaches to improve program efficiency collaboration and technical accurac
Stakeholder Collaboration & Technical Leadership
Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to identify and close requirement gaps across the program
Lead and supportGovernment/Contractor Working Group meetings including developing briefings facilitating technical discussions and authoring meeting minutes
Support and actively participate in majorrequirements reviews design reviews and other key program milestone event
Risk Issue & Schedule Management
Identify track and manage risks issues and interdependencies; proactively surface schedule disconnects and conflicts
Develop and deliveralternative solutionsto complex integration challenges while managing schedule impacts and product delivery timelines
Assist the Government in developing and executing targeted action plans for effective issue resolution
Advisory & Documentation Support
Serve as aSubject Matter Expert (SME) preparing and delivering clear concise technical briefings toU.S. Space Forceprogram office personnel and key stakeholders
Provide well-reasoned courses of action to inform and support critical Government decisions
Lead technical assessments of contractor-developed program documents; compile consolidate and adjudicate review comments in coordination with contractor teams
SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individuals working for SBG Technology Solutions Inc a DSS Inc. will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA FedRAMP and NIST 800-53. Additionally they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
15 yearsof demonstrated Systems Engineering experience
10 yearsof demonstrated experienceleading technical teams
Exceptional interpersonal oral/written communication and presentation skills
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint Teams)
Ability to workon-site in a secure facilityin accordance with customer security requirements
Active Secret clearancewith the ability to obtain aTop Secret clearance
Preferred Skills:
Experience working withMILSATCOM programs(e.g. AEHF PTS EPS WGS FAB-T terminals)
Experience collaborating withmilitary personnel and DoD civilians
Familiarity withground and space systems including terminals and networks
DemonstratedSystems Engineering and Technical Leadershipexperience at the program level
Knowledge ofAgile Developmentmethodologies and collaboration tools such asJira and Confluence
Education:
Required:Masters degree (MS)in a technical discipline Engineering Computer Science or related field
Preferred:PhDin a technical discipline Engineering Mathematics Physics or Computer Science
