Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy for an emerging and strategic organization working with customers to deliver Agentic AI workloads. The Principal HRBP must be able to work independently establish and execute long and short-term people strategies while taking a hands-on approach and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. Youll need excellent communication professional interpersonal skills and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. Youll need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate your clients business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed to deliver results. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance capability and the employee addition this role will be accountable for driving global initiatives and projects such as workforce planning org design employee relations and culture. Key job responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support business growth while maintaining an engaging respectful and fun work environment
Drive organizational design workforce planning succession planning talent management performance management and skills assessment and development
Coach business partners in career development leadership and management practices
Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions in order to deliver results and sustain a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow
Analyze business metrics and recommend systemic improvements
Partner with the business to lead talent reviews focused on succession planning employee growth and development and organizational health priorities
Provide compensation guidance to leaders for all compensation actions including the annual compensation review and promotions
Use data and org health metrics to make decisions and keep leadership informed
Partner with the central HR Partner organization to effectively enable managers address various employee relations issues and drive results for the organization
Lead or contribute to various cross-team and/or cross-organizational PXT projects
Support the development of leadership pipeline and capability building initiatives across engineers product and science teams


- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of leadership work as an HR generalist preferably in a high tech environment experience
- Experience in mentoring leading and coaching
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits)

- Masters degree or above in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field
- Experience working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology
- Knowledge of compensation/total rewards talent management performance management compliance and organization design and development
- Experience delivering complex data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
- Can show excellent decision-making capabilities under pressure
- Experience in an HR generalist management or business partner role
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies including but not limited to AI/ML GenAI Analytics Database and/or Storage

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
