Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building advanced AI-powered infrastructure and products for enterprise customers.

We are seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to own some of the companys most technically complex customer deployments and help define how the organization approaches forward deployment at scale.

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges.

• Build deploy and customize production solutions in customer environments.

• Develop integrations automation APIs and internal tooling.

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and infrastructure layers.

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities.

• Own projects from technical discovery through deployment and iteration.

• Develop reusable solutions that can scale across multiple customers.

• Improve deployment processes documentation observability and reliability.

• Act as a technical advisor and trusted engineering partner to customers.

• 8 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong programming experience in Python TypeScript Go or similar languages.

• Experience building and deploying production software.

• Strong systems API integration and debugging skills.

• Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous fast-moving environments.

• Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.

• High ownership and ability to independently drive projects.

• Experience with AI/ML systems or infrastructure.

• Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience.

• Experience at a startup or scale-up.

• Experience deploying software into complex enterprise environments.

• Experience with LLMs model serving or AI agents.

• Experience building developer tooling or automation.

Youll work at the intersection of engineering product and customers solving challenging real-world technical problems while directly influencing the evolution of a rapidly scaling technology platform.
