Job Summary
Serves as the primary designer on Datavails design services and Design Sprint engagements. Plans and runs user research maps current and future state journeys designs and prototypes the solution and tests it with users. Facilitates discovery workshops and Design Sprints using Datavails DRIVE workshop framework and helps train others to run it. Works with delivery teams on the backlog and validates usability and business outcomes in production. Maintains the practices design methods and templates. Individual contributor 100% billable. Requires 7-10 years in experience design.
