Job Summary

The Principal Product Validation Engineer will lead and contribute to productization of SiTimes revolutionary timing this highly visible role we are looking for passionate self-starters who can work cross-functionally to ensure system-level performance of our products and help solve the worlds toughest timing problems. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and lead a team of engineers responsible for validation characterization and release-toproduction of MEMS-based timing products.
• Interface with cross-functional teams vendors and manage projects across different sites.
• Plan and execute device verification and characterization.
• Work with MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate new silicon and recommend design improvements for enhanced performance.
• Design develop and validate PCB test platforms and firmware to enable automated data acquisition & analysis.
• Develop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments.
• Perform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues.
• Innovate and prototype system architectures and new technologies for next-generation products.

Qualifications & Requirments

• MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered.
• 10 years of experience in the productization of semiconductor sensor-based devices
• Experience leading engineering project teams and creating and executing verification and characterization plans.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits.
• Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation. Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required.
• Excellent programming skills and prior experience with MATLAB and/or Python.
• Strong statistical analysis skills. Desired Characteristics & Attributes:

Compensation Range:

At SiTime we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent.

The annual base salary range for this role is $148320.00 - $203940.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location experience education and training.

In addition to base salary this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goalsreflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the companys future growth and success.
