What You Will Do

• Partner with Operations and Program Office functional teams to support production development and depot contract execution.
• Manage financial activities for multiple programs within a portfolio.
• Support program startup maintenance and financial activities including intercompany transfer processing project setup and NWA management.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) cost and schedule control activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports including LRE development and financial variance analysis.
• Support IPT coordination development and delivery of monthly financial forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) including cost analysis risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal customers across multiple locations and time zones.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing financial analysis and reviewing financial data.
• Experience preparing financial reports and summarizing financial analysis.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience using SAP financial tools or systems.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with manufacturing or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience identifying and resolving program or financial issues.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Experience communicating financial or program information to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Experience working independently and managing assigned responsibilities.
• Prior Program Controls experience.
• Active security clearance.

  The salary range for this role is 95500 USD - 181700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
