Primavera P6 Scheduler

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support a major engineering and facility expansion project in Weirton WV. This is a contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule requiring approximately 16 hours onsite each week with the remaining hours worked remotely.

This role requires strong hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience. We are looking for someone who can independently develop maintain analyze and update project schedules for a complex engineering or construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Track engineering procurement construction and project milestones
• Update schedules based on project progress scope changes and field activity
• Identify schedule impacts delays critical-path activities and potential risks
• Work with project managers engineers contractors and other stakeholders to gather schedule updates
• Prepare schedule reports look-ahead schedules and progress updates
• Support forecasting and overall project planning throughout the facility expansion

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6 is required
• Proven experience managing schedules for complex engineering construction industrial or capital projects
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules with minimal oversight
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology dependencies milestones and schedule analysis
• Experience coordinating scheduling information across multiple project teams and disciplines
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Weirton WV approximately 16 hours per week
