Primary & Specialty Care Physician

**Opportunity for a Physician in Primary & Specialty Care Services - Hagerstown IN**

We are actively seeking a physician with a patient-centered approach and strong empathy to integrate into an restablished Primary & Specialty Care Services team in Hagerstown Indiana.

**Position Overview:**- Type: Full-time employed by the hospital

- Collaborative Team: Comprises 3 Nurse Practitioners Medical Assistants an office assistant and a manager

- Office Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

- Provider Schedule: Flexible adjusted based on provider availability

**Education and Experience Requirements:**

- Board Status: Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine

- Experience: Open to both newly trained and practicing physicians

- Licensure: Valid Indiana Medical License required- Certifications: Must hold and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications

**Candidate Qualifications:**- Active Indiana State License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

- Board Certification or Eligibility (must achieve certification within five years post-residency)

- Prior experience is not a prerequisite- Certifications: ACLS required for sedation privileges; BLS required across all specialties
