Primary Maintenance Person

The Lead Market Maintenance Technician isresponsible for maintaining the cleanliness safety appearance andfunctionality of multiple McDonalds restaurants within our Modesto position supports restaurant operations by performing preventivemaintenance equipment repairs with an emphasis on refrigeration and HVACsystems facility upkeep and ensuring compliance with McDonalds brandstandards.

inspections of restaurant facilities and equipment.

repair kitchen equipment refrigeration systems ice machines HVAC unitslighting plumbing and fixtures.

repairs as needed including tile painting light electrical andplumbing.

outside vendors for major repairs keeping service timely andcost-effective.

grounds parking lots exterior signage and landscaping.

with safety sanitation and food safety standards.

maintenance schedules on grills fryers beverage systems and otherrestaurant equipment.

to maintenance emergencies including after-hours service calls.

repair records and service documentation.

management in identifying maintenance priorities and capitalimprovement needs.

toassigned McDonalds restaurants within the Modesto market in a company-providedvehicle.

Managers Supervisors and the Director of Operations with largerimprovement projects.

schooldiploma or equivalent.

maintenance facilities management HVAC electrical plumbing or relatedfields preferred; certifications preferable.

and problem-solving skills.

tooperate maintenance tools and equipment safely.

license.

tolift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders when necessary.

work evenings and weekends and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
