Primary Care Provider MD, DO, FNP, or PA (Temporary)

Candidate can be a licensed MD DO FNP or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles Oregon and will be limited in duration (February - July 2027) with a possibility of extension.

• 0.75 - 1.0 Full-time position covering a patient panel for a provider that will be taking a leave of absence.
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services.
• Work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced clinicians.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification.
• Current Oregon NP or PA license.
• DEA licensure in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in Primary Care
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with Epic EMR

Compensation:

• Salaried/Exempt: $130000-$230000 base salary depending on experience/license.
• Bilingual Differential: Additionally we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
