Were hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants to build meaningful patient relationships while making a lasting impact in an outpatient community setting.
Youll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care chronic disease management and continuity of care. Youll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary care team using EPIC EMR in a mission-driven environment serving diverse and underserved communities throughout the Greater Sacramento area.

What makes you a great fit
You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
You hold or are eligible for California medical licensure
Youre comfortable managing comprehensive outpatient primary care in a team-based care model
Previous outpatient or community health experience is preferred
Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish Russian Farsi or Pashto/Pushto are welcome
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $255008$331510 annually
