Youll provide comprehensive outpatient primary care focused on prevention acute care chronic disease management and continuity of care with multidisciplinary clinical support.

You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
You enjoy outpatient primary care and serving culturally diverse populations
Youre comfortable managing documentation and in-basket responsibilities efficiently
You value multidisciplinary relationship-based care
Family Medicine new graduates may be considered
Internal Medicine candidates should bring prior outpatient experience
EPIC and community health experience are preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $255008-$331510 annually
Health insurance: Employer pays approximately 80%
Dental & vision: Employer pays approximately 80%
