Your Role

As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician youll provide compassionate patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing collaborative team.

What Youll Do

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams
• Provide basic womens health services including Pap smears
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
• Interpret x-rays labs and EKGs
• Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance
• Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff
• Supervise assigned PAs/NPs
• Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes

About You

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
• Committed to patient-centered relationship-driven care
• Comfortable providing basic womens health services
• Passionate about innovation continuous learning and technology-driven care
• Skilled at fostering a positive respectful team environment
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$249600-$354720

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics.
