Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) Full-Time

Location: Seattle Area Washington

About the Opportunity

A well-established not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient network. This is a team-based patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population with strong system-wide clinical support and resources.

The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Position Overview
  • Full-time position with a 4-day workweek
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes hypertension asthma COPD and heart disease
  • Perform preventive care annual wellness visits and health screenings
  • Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
  • Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
  • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams

This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care work-life balance and practicing in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $280000$320000 annually
  • Production-based compensation with additional earning potential
  • $10000 strategic incentive
  • Total annual compensation can easily reach $400000$500000 for a busy provider

Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Washington State medical license or eligibility
  • Active or eligible DEA registration
