Primary and Urgent Care Operations Program Manager

Nemours Childrens Health is seeking a Primary/Urgent Care Operations Program Manager to join our growing team in Orlando Florida.

As our Primary and Urgent Care network grows this role will have the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and help turn strategy into action supporting practice growth operational performance access patient experience financial stewardship and consistency across our expanding network.

In Central Florida our continued Primary Care growth creates an exciting opportunity to help build and strengthen the operational infrastructure behind an expanding pediatric care network. Youll collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to improve how we work today while helping prepare our practices for the future.

Reporting to the AVP Integrated Primary and Urgent Care youll serve as a strategic and operational partner responsible for helping advance key priorities across Primary and Urgent Care.

You will:

• Support Primary Care growth and expansion initiatives across Central Florida.
• Lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects across Primary and Urgent Care.
• Track KPIs goals access productivity financial performance and patient experience.
• Develop project plans dashboards executive updates presentations and action plans.
• Identify operational trends performance gaps and opportunities for practice improvement.
• Partner with clinical leaders Finance HR Strategy Marketing IT and other stakeholders.
• Support business cases practice optimization financial stewardship and access initiatives.
• Help standardize processes and strengthen operational consistency as the network grows.
• Coordinate high-priority initiatives from strategy through execution.

Required

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business public health nursing organizational leadership or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ambulatory operations healthcare administration physician practice management project management strategy or related healthcare leadership support.

Preferred

• Masters degree.
• Primary care urgent care pediatric ambulatory or multi-site practice experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with operational metrics financial reporting budgeting and executive communications.
