Job Summary

Prevention SupervisorCommunity Bridges Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient physical health medication-assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing substance use disorder homelessness and mental is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona including prevention education and treatment using cutting-edge nationally recognized evidence-based Summary The prevention supervisor provides prevention interventions and outreach programming throughout Arizona. The supervisor is responsible for the personnel and oversight of school base programming the department has established contracts with. This a grant funded position the role is responsible for the oversight of community engagement programming reporting and outreach components per grant Bachelors degree or higher in Public Health Prevention Communications Social Work or a related field or 5 years of appropriate experience in managing supervision coordinating or implementing community-based public health programs could be substituted for advanced degree. Extensive work experience with no degree will also be approved upon review. Must be proficiency experience in the following computer programs: Word processing in a Windows environment Adobe Products Excel Access Database and PowerPoint. Must be comfortable teaching in classroom settings and public speaking. Current AZ Drivers License in good standing. Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
