Press Operator Trainee
Learn a Skilled Trade. Build a Career
We are looking for a dependable hard-working individual to join our printing team. No previous press experience required. We are willing to train the right person.
This is not a desk job. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with equipment solving problems and being part of a team that produces a high-quality product every day.

What Youll Do
*Prepare paper rolls and materials for production.
*Remove and Straighten newspapers as they come out of a stacker.
*Assist with setup and operation of printing presses.
*Help maintain equipment and keep the press area clean and organized.
*Install and handle printing plates.
*Learn press configurations and production processes.
*Learn to read job tickets
What Were Looking For
*Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
*Reliable attendance and positive attitude
*Ability to work safely around industrial equipment
*Mechanical aptitude is a plus
*Forklift experience is helpful but not required
*Ability to work as part of a team
