As a Machine Operator you will operate production equipment monitor machine performance and help keep materials moving through the work area. Day-to-day tasks may include setting up machines feeding materials checking finished output and reporting issues to leads or supervisors. This role takes place in a light-industrial or warehouse production environment where teamwork attention to detail and safe work habits matter. A strong fit is dependable mechanically inclined comfortable following work instructions and focused on meeting quality and production goals. Candidates with hands-on machine operator experience and a good work ethic can succeed in this position.

• Compensation: $18 per hour or more depending on experience

• Job Site Location: Farmersville Texas

• Shift:6:00 am - 6:00 pm for days. 6:00 pm - 6:00 am for nights. Monday - Thursday with some overtime on Fridays

• Employment Type: Temp to Hire

• Mechanically inclined with an interest in how equipment works

• Experience troubleshooting minor machine or production issues

• Familiarity with basic quality checks or production documentation
