Job Summary:
Lead the entire manufacturing business and drive growth profitability and operational performance. This role has full P&L responsibility and oversees sales operations production engineering quality and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own revenue EBITDA cash flow pricing and margins
• Lead sales marketing customer relationships and business growth
• Improve production quality efficiency and factory utilization
• Build and develop strong leadership teams
• Identify and solve business and operational issues
• Expand into new markets and grow the customer base
• Manage working capital and maintain financial discipline

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience leading and growing a manufacturing business
• Strong P&L financial sales and operations experience
• Entrepreneurial hands-on and results-driven leadership style
• Experience in metal fabrication machining contract manufacturing aerospace defense infrastructure or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
