Letters must be typed contain a date and have a signature.)-Resume- Prior experience in working with preschool-age children. -Child Development Teacher Permit. -This position requires 12 units in Early Childhood Education college coursework. Transcripts showing these earned units need to be attached to the Edjoin application. -Proof of immunizations MMR TDAP and flu (choice to sign opt-out form for flu vaccine).-First Aide and CPR-Employee Rights Lic 9052- TB Test- Mandated Reporter Form AB1207-Criminal Justice Form Lic 508
Upon employment must: Provide T.B. clearance documentation.
