- Lead a Preschool classroom
- Create a safe engaging and nurturing learning environment
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development
- Foster independence creativity and kindergarten readiness skills
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
- Observe and track developmental progress and classroom activities
- Maintain compliance with Florida licensing and safety standards
- Mentor Assistant Teachers and contribute to overall classroom success
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to meet Florida childcare licensing requirements
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center preschool daycare or early learning environment
- CDA Credential
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience as a Preschool Teacher Childcare Teacher Daycare Teacher Toddler Teacher Early Childhood Educator or Lead Teacher
