Pay: $70000$80000 per year based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Provide overall leadership for the centers daily operations educational programs and staff
- Recruit coach mentor and develop a high-performing team of early childhood educators
- Ensure full compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and company standards
- Promote exceptional classroom quality and support continuous teacher development
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective families to drive enrollment and retention
- Monitor center performance staffing budgets and operational goals
- Foster a positive collaborative culture for children families and employees
- Partner with ownership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives
- Massachusetts Director I and Director II Certification required
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood education center
- Demonstrated success leading teams improving operations and supporting enrollment growth
- Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Passion for developing educators and delivering exceptional early childhood programs
