- This is an entry-level position for candidates passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Associates Degree Bachelors Degree or other education in Early Childhood Education Child Development Teaching or a related field.
- Current First Aid Adult/Child/Infant CPR and AED certification required (or ability to obtain). Must pass required background checks TB test and obtain a Food Handler Permit.
- One to two years of experience working with children ages birth to six years required.
- Create and maintain a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support childrens social-emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Adapt learning experiences to meet the individual needs of each child and encourage positive social interactions.
- Maintain a clean organized and child-safe classroom while ensuring active supervision at all times.
- Collaborate with families and team members to support child development and maintain effective communication.
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.
- Start and end times may vary based on classroom needs and program requirements.
- Year-round program operating on a 247-day calendar.

Based on qualifications and experience:
- CDA or associate degree: $17.00$17.50/hour
- Without CDA/associate degree: $15.00$16.50/hour depending on experience
