Pre-Press Specialist

• Review and preflight customer artwork for print production.
• Prepare and correct files for digital and large-format printing.
• Check dimensions bleeds resolution color fonts and overall file setup.
• Create and modify artwork as needed to meet production requirements.
• Work primarily in Adobe Illustrator InDesign Photoshop and PitStop Pro.
• Communicate with production and sales teams to resolve artwork and job issues.
• Assist with digital printing and finishing as needed.
• Help ensure finished jobs meet the specifications on the job ticket.
• Manage multiple jobs and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and organization.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop).
• Solid understanding of graphic design and print production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors before production.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Previous prepress print production or graphic design experience preferred.
• Experience with digital presses large-format printing or finishing equipment is a plus.
• Portfolio or examples of work are encouraged.
