Prattville Sales Consultant Assistant Full Time

Long Lewis of Prattville is seeking a detail-oriented dependable and highly organized individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant Assistant. In this role you will provide valuable support to our Sales Consultants helping keep the sales process running smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks customer follow-up vehicle preparation and day-to-day dealership operations.

While previous customer service or sales experience is preferred we welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate is organized dependable and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

• Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
• Assist with customer follow-up appointment confirmations and general communication.
• Prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documentation.
• Help coordinate vehicle deliveries ensuring vehicles are clean fueled and ready for customers.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed.
• Coordinate with the Sales Service and Detail Departments to support a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with merchandising vehicles and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

• Dependable proactive and eager to support a team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
