Job Summary
Town Creek Dental is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team!
Our practice prides itself on delivering top-quality patient care while promoting a positive work environment for our team. The ideal candidate will build strong working relationships with our dentist and staff promote teamwork and help us deliver exemplary patient care.
Schedule:
Full-time in-person
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Every other Friday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Verify insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns
- Schedule patient appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect co-payments
- Present treatment plans
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of dental office experience required
- Management experience preferred
- Working knowledge of dental insurance
- Experience presenting treatment plans
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
