As a Practice Manager you will oversee the daily operations of a physician practice or small multi-site practice ensuring efficient workflows engaged staff and a high standard of service for patients and providers alike.
What Youll Do
Lead and support administrative and clinical support staff across one or more practice locations.
Manage staffing schedules identify coverage needs and coordinate replacements to ensure smooth daily operations.
Recruit onboard coach and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
Monitor performance conduct evaluations and support employee growth through training and mentoring.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements organizational policies and mandatory training standards.
Improve practice operations by evaluating workflows implementing process improvements and monitoring key performance metrics.
Partner with practice leadership on budgeting payroll oversight and operational planning.
Support patient billing and revenue cycle activities to ensure adherence to established procedures.
What Youll Bring
5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare medical practice or similar operational environment.
Proven ability to lead teams manage staffing and support employee development.
Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working with operational metrics budgets payroll and administrative processes.
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
