Youll serve as the primary point of resolution for patient and employee matters providing hands-on guidance and supervision to your team. Core responsibilities include:Supervising a team of Opticians Technicians Patient Care Coordinators and other staffPartnering closely with the Lead OD to ensure an exceptional patient experienceLeading with a customer-centric approach coaching inspiring and developing staff to deliver unsurpassed customer serviceServing as a role model and mentor to your teamCollaborating with ODs to uphold the highest standards of patient care and workflow efficiencyOverseeing daily practice operations providing on-the-job training and support using core philosophiesAnalyzing financial data and making recommendations to optimize practice profitabilityRecruiting and selecting high-caliber talentEnsuring compliance with billing standards staff conduct and HIPAA regulationsManaging product inventory and cost of goodsConducting regular staff evaluations performance management and team trainingUpholding Keplr Visions Core ValuesExperience & SkillsExcellent customer service and a polished professional presence are essential.
