Practice Manager

Greensboro Dental is a busy patient-focused family and general dental practice in Greensboro NC. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality care while maintaining a positive team-oriented work environment and were looking for an experienced practice manager to help lead the way!

What were looking for:

• 2 years of dental experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance benefit breakdowns and treatment planning
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients and staff

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the team while fostering a collaborative accountable culture
• Manage insurance verification benefit breakdowns and co-pay collections
• Optimize the schedule and present treatment plans to patients
• Partner with the Regional Director to identify and resolve any operational challenges
